By using the My DFW Apartment website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a binding contract between you and My DFW Apartment, LLC. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please discontinue the use of  My DFW Apartment.
•My DFW Apartment offers you access to this web site in exchange for your agreement to accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein as may be modified from time to time by My DFW Apartment.

•My DFW Apartment does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services.
•You assure that you have the authority to enter into these Terms of Use.
•You assure that all information supplied or supplied later to My DFW Apartment will be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will not misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity. My DFW Apartment will safeguard your information as set forth in our privacy policy.
•When you find an apartment home through My DFW Apartment and you properly identify My DFW Apartment as the referral source, the owner or manager of the property where you rent is responsible for paying My DFW Apartment a base fee and, in some cases, bonus fees and commissions. You agree to report the terms of your lease to My DFW Apartment. See claim my rebate. After you report a valid lease to My DFW Apartment, My DFW Apartment invoices the property for our base fee plus any applicable bonus fees and commissions. Following payment made by the property to My DFW Apartment, we are obligated to make a cash back payment to you in the amount of $50, plus a portion of any bonus fees and commissions paid to My DFW Apartment by the property, if applicable. If, for any reason, the property does not pay a fee to My DFW Apartment, then My DFW Apartment does not have an obligation to make a cash back payment to you. Note that the day you commit to lease your apartment, you need to email My DFW Apartment  to determine the cash back offer available for that day.
•In no event shall My DFW Apartment nor its partners, representatives, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages including, without limitation, damages arising out of the use or performance of the My DFW Apartment web site or with the delay or inability to use the My DFW Apartment website.
•You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My DFW Apartment, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) related to your violation of these Terms of Use.
•All materials provided on the My DFW Apartment website and by My DFW Apartment representatives are copyrighted by My DFW Apartment, our vendors, suppliers or affiliates. You agree that you will not modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, license, use on another website, transfer or sell any information or other content provided on the My DFW Apartment web site without express written permission from My DFW Apartment.
