Do We Work With Every Property In The Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex?

If the property is not in our database then chances are they do not pay locators.  Approximately 5% of properties in the DFW metroplex choose not to work with locators.  If there is a property that you are interested in and they are not in our database, email us their contact info and we will call them directly to check if they are willing to pay a referral fee.

 

Are Rebates The Same Amount For Every Property?

No.  Rebates range from $100 to as much as $1000.  When you email us the list of your favorites we reply with exactly what rebate is offered for what property.  

 

How Long Will It Take Get Your Rebate?

Is Your Information Sold or Given To Anyone Else?

We never sell or give your contact information to anyone.  When we register you with your favorite properties we are required to give your name, but never your contact information or and details about your situation.
