2.  If you fill out the form between 9am - 7pm, one of our Property Specialists will email you the list of apartments that specifically matches your criteria.

 

3.  If your form is received between 7pm - 8am, your list will be compiled before 11am in the morning. 

 

4.  If your situation includes past broken leases, evictions, criminal history, foreclosures, bankruptcy, Section 8, etc, it will take our Property Specialists a little longer than normal because we pride ourselves in making sure we never send you where you could be denied.  That is why we really need for our clients to provide all the information possible when filling out the search form.

 

5.  As you can see, you can sit back and relax.  We will do all the work for you and provide you with the best possible list of apartments that matches your criteria to the T.

 

6.  The rebate offered with this service is a "flat fee" of $100.  You will not need to Claim Your Rebate since you are automatically signed up for it once you lease an apartment.
